1. Fast Food

However, these foods are advised not to consume before boarding the aircraft because it is difficult to digest. Especially when you're at 35,000 feet. Your body will have difficulty digesting saturated fat contained in fast food. Researchers also have found that saturated fat can inhibit your blood stream.
